Q. How the goods will be shipped to me?
A. When you place the confirm order on our website, we ship the goods directly to you as per following details:
a. The 'Non Precious Group Items' .... Handicrfts and Articles of silverplate, brass, copper and bronze etc. are sent directly to you thro international courier companies like UPS.
b. And out of the 'Precious Group items' .... Silver Articles and Silver Jewelry is also shipped directly to you thro UPS.
c. And the other 'Precious Group items' .... viz. Jewelry of gold, diamonds and precious gemstones is sent directly to you either by registerd & insured air mail postal service or thro international shipping companies (which in most of the cases gets the goods custom cleared and deliver it at your doorstep).
Courier companies are not permitted by law to carry Gold and Diamond jewelry items from India.
   
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes, we ship to almost all the countries having diplomatic relations with India. The list of countries and destinations is as follows:
a. The 'Non Precious Group Items' .... Handicrfts and Articles of silverplate, brass, copper and bronze etc. are sent to all the destinations where UPS delivers worldwide.
b. And the 'Precious Group items' .... Articles and Jewelry of gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones where the value of the consignment is less than US $ 1500 is sent to all the destinations where registerd & insured air mail postal service is available. And if the value of the consignment is over US $ 1500, then we send thro international shipping companies (which in most of the cases get the goods custom cleared and deliver it at your doorstep). Q. Who will get the goods custom cleared and pay the custom duties or taxes?
A. In this case also following procedure is followed for both the item groups:
a. The 'Non Precious Group Items' .... Handicrfts and Articles of silverplate, brass, copper and bronze etc. which are sent thro UPS, the courier company takes care of all custom clearnce formalities and deliver the goods at your doorstep. Normally there is no duty if the value of the consignment is under US $ 500 and goods are meant for personal use (non commercial use). But as laws vary from country to country, and if any duty, tax or vat is applicable and paid by the courier company, it will be collected from buyer at 'to collect' at the time of delivery by the courier company.
b. And the 'Precious Group items' .... Articles and Jewelry of gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones which are sent thro either by registered insured air mail postal service or international shipping companies, the custom clearance is the responsibilty of the buyer. The goods are delivered at your doorstep after clearance by these agents in most of the cases. Though in most of the cases if the value of the consignment is less than US $ 500, there is no duty applicable. But as laws vary from country to country, we cannot guarantee it. If any duty, tax or vat is applicable, it will be collected from you at 'to collect' at the time of delivery.
   
Q. How much time will it take to deliver the goods?
A. We offer two type of items at our website:
a. 'Ready in Stock' items.
b. 'Goods made to Order'
If you select out of 'Ready in Stock' items and the quantity ordered is displayed in the specs of that Item ID at the time of placing the order, then that item is delivered within 5-10 days of receipt of confirmed order.
All other items which do not have 'Ready in Stock' label in the specs of that Item ID are made to order and the time required to make any particular item is displayed in the 'Time Schedule' of that item. Now, in case you place the confirm order of goods which are to be made to order then the delivery time of that item will be as displayed in the specs of that item plus the transit time. And in case of multiple items, the time schedule will be of the item which require maximum time for manufacture.
   
Q. Why do you have two shopping carts ... one for 'precious group items' and other for 'non precious group items'?
A. We do have two seperate Shopping Bags at our website. One is for 'Precious Group Items' consisting of articles of Gold, Silver, Diamonds and Gems and other is of 'Non Precious Group Items' which consist of all the Artistic Handicrafts other than 'Precious Group Items'. You are required to place seperate orders for both the groups as the additional shipping and export handling charges of both the groups have differnt rate structures. And our system automatically creates seperate shopping bags for both the groups.
   
Q. What is the difference between 'precious group' and 'non precious group' items?
A. Precious Group Items' consisting of articles and jewelry of Gold, Silver, Diamonds and Gems. And 'Non Precious Group Items' consist of all the Artistic Handicrafts other than 'Precious Group Items' like articles and handicrafts in Silverplate, Brass, Copper & Bronze etc.
   
Q. What are the shipping charge for 'precious group items'? Are they extra?
A. Yes, the shipping charges are extra as per details at our Shipping Policy for 'precious Group Items'. These charges are also auto calculated at the shipping & billing details seperately.
   
Q. What are the shipping charge for 'non precious group items'? Are they extra?
A. Yes, the shipping charges are extra as per details at our Shipping Policy for 'General Handicrafts & Articles' which fall under the 'Non Precious Group'. These charges are also auto calculated at the shipping & billing details seperately.
   
Q. In case the goods are not at all delivered because of some unforseen reasons, how do you proceed?
A. Though this is a remote possibility. Sometimes, very rarely, there can be little delays in some order goods as it is all hand work. But for some unforseen reasons if there is any delay or goods cannot be delivered for any reason whatsoever, we are liable to refund only the full payment received from the buyer.

Q. What is your Return Policy? In case I am not fully satisfied with the product* can I return it?
A. Yes, if you are not fully satisfied with our product* for whatsoever reason, you can return the product within ten days of its receipt. But you will have to pay the international return shipping and insurance charges. The returned product should be in its original and unused condition and repacked in the same packing in which it was supplied. It should be accompained by all the original documents like Invoice, Guarantee Certificate etc.
   
* The products which are 'ready in stock' as displayed at our specs pages at the time of placing of order, qualify for this return. Any product made to special order or which were not in 'ready stock' at the time of placing the order do not qualify for returns.
   
Q. How should I proceed for RETURN?

In this mail following information should be furnished:
a. Your login email ID
b. Your Order ID number
c. The Product ID number which you want to return alongwith its quantity and value.
d. The reason why you want to return it.
   
Within 48 hours of receipt of your mail, we'll guide you how to go about the return.

A. Yes, it is necessary to register first only then you will be able to place any order on our website. When you add any item to your 'shopping bag' and 'proceed for payment', you will be required to first login with your 'email ID' and password. And then opt for services of 'Belirams-India' for International buyers.
   
Q. What happens when I place order at your website?
A. When you submit the order online on our website, we instantly send you an e-mail intimating to you regarding order placement with us with your Order ID and selected mode of payment. In case you make the online payment by Credit Card your order is automatically confirmed. In case it is other than credit card, you will also be advises in the same mail to send the payment as per selected payment mode, within five days. Q. If I am a Canada USA or UK resident and I want the order to be processed directly thro Belirams-India, how should I proceed?
A. During the flow to order placing, you will be asked to opt for using services of [agent for CANAD USA or UK] or direct Belirams-India services. To place order directly with Belirams-India you should select 'Belirams-India' and your order will be processed directly thro Belirams.
