Our shipping policy is divided into two broad categories of items. We have different policy and additional 'shipping and export handling charges' rate structure for both the group of items. Non Precious Group Items: Non Precious Group covers all items other than Precious Group items like articles and handicrafts in silverplate, copper, brass & bronze etc. Items under this category are shipped directly from New Delhi to most of the International destinations thro courier companies like UPS. Click here to check the list of destinations. All items are sent under full insurance cover. The delivery time is about 3 to 5 days from the day we hand over the goods to the courier service. This is only the transit time which is taken by the courier company to deliver the goods. To check how much time any particular order will take, please view the link Time Schedule. If you are not sure whether these goods will be delivered to your city, please reconfirm from us at shipping@belirams.com before placing confirmed order with us. The courier company takes care of all custom clearnce formalities and deliver the goods at your doorstep. Normally there is no duty if the value of the consignment is under US $ 500 and goods are meant for personal use (non commercial use). But as laws vary from country to country, and if any duty, tax or vat is applicable and is paid by the courier company, it will be collected from the buyer at 'to collect' at the time of delivery by the courier company. Extra shipping rate chart for Non Precious Group Items (consisting of articles of silverplate, copper, brass and bronze etc) is as follows: Shipping charges include base shipping charge and unit shipping charge per Kg on the gross packaged weight of the item . We display the gross shipping weight of each item at the specs of every item. A fixed base shipping charge of US$ 14.00 is levied on each order/consignment irrespective of the number of products purchased. In addition, unit shipping charge per Kg. per item on its "actual and volume weight" is charged as follows :

* The products which are 'ready in stock' as displayed at our specs pages at the time of placing of order, qualify for this return. Any product made to special order or which were not in 'ready stock' at the time of placing the order do not qualify for returns. All the 'Precious Group Items' are accompanied by a Belirams' Guarantee Card stating the quality of the materials used in the product and the necessary specs details. ORDERING Our web site requires compulsory registration for placing and processing of any orders of our products. When you add any item to your 'shopping bag' and 'proceed for payment', you will be required to first login with your 'email ID' and password. Also during order placing process you will be asked to opt for using services of our agents of different countries or purchasing directly from Belirams-India. In case you select the option of Belirams-India, then your order will be processed directly thro Belirams-India. Now, when you submit the order online on our website, we instantly send you an e-mail intimating to you regarding order placement with us with your Order ID, item details and selected mode of payment. In case you make the online payment by Credit Card your order is automatically confirmed. In case it is other than credit card, you will also be advises in the same mail to send the payment as per selected payment mode, within five days. You can also view the details on various payment methods at our Payment Options link. All the listed prices are in US $. All the 'Precious Group' items come packed in Fancy Boxes ... free of charge. Additional shipping and export handling charges are applicable as per details listed at our Shipping Policy. The prices are subject to change without notice with the change in the market rates of precious metals, gems and other factors as per our Pricing Policy. We are commited to confirm your order at the rates of booking date. The orders are automatically confirmed if the payment is made online by Credit Card. In case the payment is made by any other mode of payment , then make sure that it should be despatched to us within five days of the placement of order. In this case the date of confirmation of order starts from the date of receipt of payment and hence the delivery schedule will also start from this date. If you require any item in quantity, or the value of any single consignment is over US $ 1500/2000, you can e-mail us before placement of order , to get confirmation for our best price for that particular quantity or consignment value. We may or may not offer any discount on that consignment because it varies with so many factors like invoice value, item to item and the quantity of the item and its shipping destinations etc.

About Shopping Bag & Wish List You can store the items of your choice in 'Add to Wish List' and from there you can select the items you actually want to order to 'Add to Shopping Bag'. You can modify the quantity of the selected items if so desired, at your Shopping Bag, before finally 'Proceeding for Payment' . Normally the items in your Wish List are stored for 60 days. We do have two seperate Shopping Bags at our website. One is for 'Precious Group Items' consisting of articles of Gold, Silver, Diamonds and Gems and other is of 'Non Precious Group Items' which consist of all the Artistic Handicrafts other than 'Precious Group Items' viz. handicrafts of silverplate, copper, brass & bronze etc.. You are required to place seperate orders for both the groups as the additional shipping and export handing charges of both the groups have different rate structures. And our system automatically creates seperate shopping bags for both the groups.
Delivery Address In case of credit card payments, we will accept your order if the delivery address of the order is the same as the address of the credit card holder. We will not deliver products to post office boxes as all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
Time Schedule We offers two different categories of items at our online store: a. Precious Group Items ( consisiting of articles and jewelry of silver, gold, diamonds and gems etc) b. Non Precious Group Items (consisting of all the items other than 'Precious Group' items, viz articles and handicrafts of silverplate, copper, brass and bronze etc.) The delivery schedules for both the categories of items are as follows: We offer two type of items at our website: a. 'Ready in Stock' items. b. 'Goods made to Order' If you select out of 'Ready in Stock' items and the quantity ordered is displayed in the specs of that Item ID at the time of placing the order, then that item is delivered within 3 to 9 days of receipt of the confirmed order. All other items which do not have 'Ready in Stock' label in the specs of that Item ID are made to order and the time required to make any particular item is displayed in the 'Time Schedule' of that item. Now, in case you place the confirm order of goods which are to be made to order then the delivery time of that item will be as displayed in the specs of that item plus the transit time (3 to 9 days). And in case of multiple items, the time schedule will be of the item which require maximum time for manufacture. The transit time for 'Non Precious Group' items is less about 3-5 days and more for 'Precious Group' items which is about 3 to 9 days. Almost 99 percent of the orders are delivered on time. Stock Availability Belirams' stocks hundreds of silverware & jewellery products in its commitment to provide its customers with the widest internet selection possible. The time schedule for ready in stock items and made to order items will be as per Time Schedule.
Custom Clearance We do try our best that you receive the goods hassle free. Our shipping agents in most of the cases get the custom clearances and deliver the goods to you at your doorstep. You will have to pay to the agent any applicable custom duty, tax or VAT if the same is charged to the agent. This we do in good faith, but as laws vary from time to time and country to country we cannot guarantee it. So in that case, custom clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. For the goods shipped through Air Cargo: Though our shipping agent takes care of all custom clearances, but to get the goods custom cleared at the delivery destination is solely buyer's responsibility. Any applicable custom duty, import duty, tax or vat will have to be entirely paid by the buyer at the delivery point. For the goods shipped through Air Post parcel: From our routine experience, we can say that in most of the cases, the goods are delivered at your doorstep in most of the countries (viz. USA UK and many European countries etc). Any applicable duty, tax or vat will have to be paid by the buyer. As laws vary from time to time and country to country, the local custom clearance is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
