| Belirams can deliver products to most of the cities all over India. All of our prices displayed on the net are inclusive of free packing and shipping charges to the specified cities all over India. We always despatch the goods through standard courier services to the cities where services are available. Otherwise, we use registered insured post parcel service. All of our consignments are insured for it's full value. In accordance with our secure shipping commitment, you will be required to sign for your order upon delivery. In Gurgaon & New Delhi, in some cases, we deliver the goods by hand as well thro our representatives. Normally the shipping time is between two to five days from the day of despatch. | All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all. We will not deliver orders to a post office box as all orders must be signed for. This means that the above delivery time frames are the time frames from when your order is dispatched from our store to when you receive it. We do not guarantee that all orders will be received by you within the above times frames from the moment you place an order. The actual date you receive an order will depend on delivery schedules mentioned against each item plus the transit time in freighting, being approximately two to five days. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return the product in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you, if it does not meet your expectations. Please contact Belirams within seven days of receipt of the item, at returns@belirams.com and specify the order and item ID of the product to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. The refund or exchange is processed within 72 hours of our receiving back the item. The refund will be provided subject to receipt of the product in its original condition (unused and not damaged) and together with all the original documents, the invoice and packaging. Returns are accepted only of products which were 'ready in stock' at the time of placement of order. We may not accept the returns of the products which are made to order or deduct some percentage towards re-stocking of these items made specially to order. If you are not happy with our product we will refund to you the purchase price of the product, provided we are notified and the product returned to us is in its original condition together with the invoice and packaging within 7 days of receipt by you. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. Returns are accepted only of products which were 'ready in stock' at the time of placement of order. Belirams reserve the right to refuse to refund to any customer the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition, if it is not returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer, or if we have specially made the product to order. This return does not apply to the quantity items made specially to order. We advise the customers who order quantity items, to first get the samples made. And then place the final quantity orders to avoid any misunderstanding. Original new and unused condition means that there are no missing stones, damage to any part of the product, scratches, marks or any wear whatsoever. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used or worn. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and the purchaser will be charged for the full purchase price, any shipping incurred in delivering the product to the customer in the first instance and for the return of the product. The customer will pay and be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the product to us. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping costs. Delivery Address In case of credit card payments, we will accept your order if the delivery address of the product is the same as the address of the credit card holder. What happens when you order We will send you an e-mail confirming your order instantly on placement of order with us.
