| Rates &Prices: For every item either of the following two methods of rates are used: a)Item-wise rate: which is a total fix rate per piece or per set. b)Weight-wise rate: In this case total rate per gram (including silver rate+making charges) is quoted. And the prices are calculated as follows: (Total net weight of the item or set in grams) muitiplied by (Total rate per gm. of that item) Prices in this case are subject to change with the change in the total weight of the item. All the un-confirmed rates and prices are subject to change without notice as per our Pricing Policy.
Quality Code: We use various qualities of silver for various items. All the items cannot be made in any quality of metal. Any particular item can only be made in the Quality Codes displayed against it in the Rate List. In silver the meaning of various qualities of silver, percentage-wise is as follows: |

| Weights: The unit of weight used is gram. All the weights, wherever mentioned are suggested approximate and can vary slightly.
Silverware Artciles-Sizes: All the sizes shown are in inches. You can also view the same in centimeters by changing the size-mode. All the sizes mentioned are suggested approximate to give the overall idea of the item. In some cases generalised system of sizes is used as follows:
In case of Tes sets---2cup, 4cup, 6cup, 8cup size. In some cases, Litre-wise capacity size is mentioned.
Silver Jewelry-Sizes: Most of the items have generalized sizes. Some items have standardized sizes like 'Large' 'Medium' 'Small'. Ring size: You can request for a 'Plastic ring sizer' with us after placing confirmed order with us. Or you can send a Plastic or metal band of your size with your order. Or, in case you know, you can tell us Indian standard rod size varying from sizes 3,4,5....to....10,11........18,19,20... then we'll send you a plastic band for re-confirmation of size. Bangle size: You can request for a 'Plastic Bangle sizer' with us after placing confirmed order with us. Or you can send a Plastic or metal bangle of your size with your order. Or, in case you know, you can tell us Indian standard bangle size varying from sizes 2-0 Anna, 2-1 Anna to 2-6 Anna to...., then we'll send you a plastic bangle for re-confirmation of size. Neck size: Simply send us your neck size in inches.
Delivery Schedule: General delivery period of every item is mentioned in number of weeks against that item. Normally the goods are despatched in that many weeks from the date of confirmation of order. In case you require some particular item in quantity or your order value is more than Rs. 25000.00, we recommend you to confirm availabilty of that item at Availability. Though every care is taken to stick to the mentioned Delivery Schedule. But for circumstances out of our control delays can occur and in that case we try to immediately inform to the delay and expected revised schedule of delivery. In case we are not able to supply any item for some very extreme reasons, only the full amount is refundable. In case your order has various items with different delivery schedules, kindly confirm if the order can be sent in parts. |
